It doesn’t get much better than a bagel with schmear from Bagelarium & STG Gelateria. Founders and owners Mike and Jim Bausch believe in making high-quality bagels using the finest ingredients. They make every bagel using a simple, exact process of fermentation, hand rolling, and kettle boiling. The bagels are made with organic, unbleached flour and a 103-year-old Swiss sourdough starter to create a naturally leavened dough. The result is a fresh bagel with just the right amount of chew. You can enjoy the bagel with a spread or as part of a sandwich.

For a fun twist on the traditional bagel, try the Pepperoni Pizza Sandwich, which comes topped with mozzarella, pecorino Romano, pizza sauce, and pepperoni on your choice of bagel. At the Broken Arrow location, Bagelarium also serves STG Gelateria gelato and a variety of coffee and cold beverages.
