Coming Soon The 2023 Jeep Moab Easter Safari Concept

Throughout its long history, Jeep has produced many iconic vehicles that delivered unmatched off-road performance. The automaker continues to forge ahead, combining proven hardware and capabilities with the latest automotive technologies. In its endeavor to make electrification a crucial part of its future, it showcased several adventure-ready electrified concept vehicles at the 2022 Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah. Let's take a closer look at Jeep's exciting Easter Safari concepts. View our inventory of New Vehicles, or if you have any questions, give us a call at (539)-766-8990 today! 2023 Jeep ‘41 Concept Jeep Moab Easter Safari concept Image by Jeep Over 80 years ago, the first Jeep vehicles rolled off the assembly line and headed toward active duty in the United States Army. As a way to pay tribute to its roots, Jeep created the military-themed Jeep ‘41 concept based on a four-door Wrangler Rubicon 4xe. The plug-in hybrid Jeep ‘41 gets its power from a 2.0-liter turbo-four engine that teams with a pair of electric motors, a high-voltage battery pack, and a TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission to generate 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. This setup returns an impressive 49 mpg equivalent and offers up to 21 miles of all-electric range, making it the most eco-friendly, capable, and technically advanced Wrangler ever. For hitting the trails, the concept comes with a 2-inch lift kit, 35-inch BFGoodrich mud-terrain tires, and 17-inch Fifteen52 Analog HD wheels. The Jeep ‘41 nods to its past with a black powder-coated steel bumper and matte olive green finish. It also features a bumper bull bar from Jeep Performance Parts, a WARN winch, JPP half doors, and a tan soft top. Finishing touches include accent-colored tow hooks and a custom stenciled graphics package. On the inside, the SUV boasts canvas-covered seats, digitized camo styling elements, and Serafil 1043 stitching. Additionally, it has a Rhino-lined floor to fortify its toughness. 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 4xe Concept The Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 4xe concept is one of the few electric-assisted vehicles that Jeep built as part of its “Zero Emission Freedom” mission. Similar to the production version, this concept uses a 2.0-liter turbo-four, two electric motors, and a 400-volt battery system. That's good for a fuel-economy rating of 56 mpg-equivalent and up to 25 miles of electric range. A TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission provides quick and precise gear changes, while the Jeep Quadra-Lift air suspension contributes to better ride quality. On the outside, the Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 4xe concept has custom widened flares and trimmed wheel wells to accommodate its 33-inch BFGoodrich mud-terrain tires and 20-inch Vossen gray metallic matte-painted wheels. It's also fitted with Mopar rock sliders for enhanced protection against off-road obstacles and four projector fog lamps to improve visibility in adverse weather conditions. The concept's interior dons saddle-colored upholstery with “Rodney” houndstooth details for a premium and cozy vibe. Although the primary color scheme is custom, it still features Surf Blue stitching and signature Trailhawk 4xe badging. 2023 Jeep Wrangler Magneto 2.0 Concept At the previous edition of the Easter Jeep Safari, Jeep introduced a first-of-its-kind battery-electric vehicle (BEV) called the Wrangler Magneto BEV concept, which received a phenomenal response from the attendees of the event. The Magneto 2.0 kicks things up a notch with increased power, capability, control, and technology. The Wrangler Magneto 2.0 concept is equipped with a sophisticated axial flux motor, four lithium-ion 70-kWh battery packs that make up an 800-volt system, and a specialized inverter typically found in high-performance race cars. Mated to a six-speed manual transmission, this Wrangler churns out an incredible 625 horsepower and 850 lb-ft of torque. According to Jeep, it's capable of hitting 60 mph from a stop in a mind-blowing two seconds. Based on a two-door Wrangler, the Magneto 2.0 concept's wheelbase is 12 inches longer than its predecessor's. It comes with a 3-inch lift kit that creates enough room for its huge 40-inch Maxxis Razr mud tires, which are fitted on 20-inch wheels. Exterior details include Surf Blue paint, custom bumpers, a bikini top, carbon-fiber bits, and a special hood with a window allowing admirers to peek at the power unit. 2023 Jeep Bob Concept The Jeep Bob concept is a cross between the iconic Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator JT pickup truck. “Bobbing” is a term used for shortening a vehicle to improve its off-road capability. In this case, it means reducing the truck bed overhang of the Gladiator by 12 inches. High-clearance fender flares and custom steel bumpers increase the concept's approach and departure angles and provide extra protection in off-road situations. Other modifications include 40-inch Maxxis Razr mud tires, 20-inch Raceline Beadlock wheels, a 3-inch lift kit with off-road suspension components, Dynatrac ProRock 60 axles, and King coils and bypass shocks. Powering the Jeep Bob concept is a 3.0-liter Eco-Diesel turbo-six engine that pairs with a TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission. Delivering low RPM shifts, this setup can easily adjust to rough terrain. The SUV also has a Mopar cold-air intake to produce more torque and better fuel efficiency. Jeep Rubicon 20th Anniversary Concept To celebrate the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon's two decades of trail-loving fun, rock-crawling, and over-landing, Jeep showcased the Jeep Rubicon 20th Anniversary concept at the 2022 Easter Jeep Safari. Featuring the same 6.4-liter V-8 found in the Rubicon 392, this concept boasts a 2-inch lift kit from Jeep Performance Parts, 37-inch BFGoodrich mud-terrain tires, and 17-inch Mopar Beadlock-capable wheels. A steel front bumper incorporates a WARN winch, while an underbody skid plate protects the vehicle's critical components. The exterior of the Rubicon 20th Anniversary concept boasts a matte Granite Crystal vinyl wrap, a Sky One-Touch Power Top, custom-built half doors, and removable side panels. To acknowledge the Wrangler Rubicon's 20 years of success, there's a 20th-anniversary hood decal, an American flag fender decal, and gold tow hooks and badging. Although these Jeep concepts aren't available for purchase, you can find production models at a Jeep dealership that offer similar capabilities, technologies, and features. 2023 Jeep Grand Wagoneer

The 2023 Jeep Wagoneer L and Grand Wagoneer L Features & Technology

When it comes to large SUVs capable of swallowing just about any cargo you can throw at them, you can't look past the Jeep Wagoneer L and Grand Wagoneer L. These huge three-row vehicles can accommodate seven or eight people in the cabin while offering a massive cargo area and remarkable towing abilities. Our Jeep experts here at Chris Nikel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat (CJDRF) took a closer look at these two SUVs to find out what makes them unique. View our inventory of New Vehicles, or if you have any questions, give us a call at (539)-766-8990 today! What's the Difference Between the Wagoneer L and Grand Wagoneer L? Jeep Grand Wagoneer Image by Jeep If you thought the Jeep Wagoneer and its luxurious Grand Wagoneer sibling were big, you haven't seen the Wagoneer L or Grand Wagoneer L yet. These two latest additions to the Wagoneer lineup have 7 inches of additional wheelbase and are 12 inches longer than the original Wagoneer. This added space provides an even larger rear cargo area. The additional space gives the Wagoneer L and Grand Wagoneer L 42.1 cubic feet and 44.2 cubic feet of storage space behind the third row, respectively, compared to just over 27 cubic feet in the original Wagoneer models. With the two rear rows folded flat, you can open up over 112 cubic feet of space. You can easily load a 4x8 sheet of plywood behind the front row with room to spare. Engine and Performance A 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged six-cylinder engine powers both the Wagoneer L and Grand Wagoneer L. In the Wagoneer L, this unit churns out 420 horsepower and 468 lb-ft of torque. The Grand Wagoneer L benefits from an even more powerful version of the same engine capable of generating 510 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. Both Jeeps also share the same eight-speed automatic transmission. Three four-wheel-drive configurations are available across these two vehicles. The Quadra-Trac I system has a single-speed transfer case. Quadra-Trac II has a two-speed transfer case, while Quadra-Drive II uses an electronic slip differential and sensors to anticipate losses in torque and adjust traction on the wheels appropriately. The Quadra-Drive II system is available in the Grand Wagoneer L only. The Wagoneer L has a standard coil suspension with the option of upgrading to an air suspension. The air suspension is standard with the Grand Wagoneer L. It adds better performance and also has five height settings for your vehicle. The highest setting gives the Grand Wagoneer L a fantastic 10 inches of ground clearance. Wagoneer L and Grand Wagoneer L Passenger Capacity These full-sized SUVs can accommodate eight people if you stick with the standard bench seat in the second row. If you choose to swap the bench for captain's chairs, the capacity drops to seven people. Thanks to the spacious dimensions of the cabin, adult passengers have plenty of room to sit in all three rows of the Wagoneer L or Grand Wagoneer L. Both the Wagoneer L and Grand Wagoneer L have upscale cabins, with leather upholstery coming standard. The Grand Wagoneer L stands out even more with its additional features. 24-way power adjustments, massaging functions, and ventilation are standard for the front seats in the Grand Wagoneer L. In addition, the Grand Wagoneer L's two rear rows have a power-folding mechanism to make it even easier for you to open up the maximum cargo area. Infotainment Features The Wagoneer L has a 10.1-inch infotainment screen at the center of the dashboard, and you also get a standard 10.3-inch gauge cluster. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are offered with standard wireless connectivity, making it even easier to use your phone in conjunction with Jeep's infotainment system. USB ports are located throughout the cabin, including four ports usefully situated for third-row passengers. The Grand Wagoneer L manages to offer even more touchscreens than the Wagoneer L. The main touch screen measures 12 inches, and there's also a 12.3-inch gauge cluster and a 10.1-inch screen located below the main touch screen. On top of these standard displays, you can add another 10-inch screen for the front-seat passenger to operate and two 10-inch screens mounted on the rear of the front-seat headrests as part of Jeep's rear-seat infotainment system. The two screens for second-row passengers work independently, removing the need for arguments between the kids about what they should watch on a long drive. Like the Wagoneer L, the Grand Wagoneer L has wireless smartphone compatibility. Under the lower touch screen, you'll find a wireless charging pad for your phone. Wagoneer L and Grand Wagoneer L Safety Both of these full-sized SUVs are well-equipped with driver assistance features to help keep you and your family safe on the road. Forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, and pedestrian detection are all standard. Parking sensors will help you maneuver this extra-large vehicle into a tight spot. In the base Wagoneer L trim, a surround-view camera is available as an optional upgrade, but it comes standard in all other trims. This camera is well worth having since it provides an aerial view of your Grand Wagoneer L or Wagoneer L so that you can spot obstacles from all sides. As you can see, Jeep has provided buyers looking for a huge cabin and impressive power train plenty of things to think about. The Wagoneer L is certainly the more affordable option, with a starting price of around $58,000 compared to the Grand Wagoneer L's MSRP of over $85,000. Both vehicles offer more than ample space for a large family to travel in style, but those of you looking for extra power under the hood and a luxurious interior will probably be drawn to the Grand Wagoneer L. To learn more about Jeep's two new additions to the full-size SUV class, contact us at Chris Nikel CJDRF. Our vehicle experts would be delighted to talk you through any of the Wagoneer L's new features or arrange for you to have a test drive in Tulsa. You can reach us by phone, online, or by swinging by our Jeep dealership in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, to talk with us in person.

2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe

The New 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe overview

If you’ve always been a fan of Jeep’s rugged design and off-roading chops, the Grand Cherokee has probably been on your radar for some time. Jeep has developed a new plug-in hybrid option for its popular SUVs: the 4xe. This model combines the power of a turbocharged engine with an electric motor to produce excellent fuel economy while retaining the Grand Cherokee’s utility. Here’s a rundown of some of its key features. Feel free to contact us at Chris Nikel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to learn more. Grand Cherokee 4xe Engine and Performance 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe The 2023 Grand Cherokee 4xe’s powertrain consists of a turbocharged four-cylinder engine and an electric motor that combine to put out 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. A four-wheel-drive setup is available, alongside an eight-speed automatic transmission. The 4xe’s powertrain actually delivers more horsepower than the 293 horsepower generated by the base V-6 engine in the gas-powered Grand Cherokee. The Grand Cherokee 4xe offers three driving modes: electric, hybrid, and eSave. In the electric mode, your Grand Cherokee is powered solely by the battery pack and electric motor. Hybrid mode combines the gas engine with the electric system and can slowly replenish your battery’s power as you drive. The eSave mode relies on the gas engine only, giving you the option of saving the battery until later. For example, the battery tends to drain more quickly on rough terrain, whereas the gas engine excels in these conditions. In hybrid driving mode, the Grand Cherokee 4xe achieves 56 mpg equivalent. If you rely on the gas engine only, you’ll manage 23 mpg combined. In all-electric mode, the Grand Cherokee 4xe has a driving range of 25 miles, which may be enough for you to complete your daily commute without relying on gas. Because the Grand Cherokee 4xe is built in much the same way as the standard Grand Cherokee, the plug-in hybrid retains strong off-roading performance. It has an air suspension system to help iron out rough terrain, and you can opt for important off-roading features, such as skid plates, all-terrain tires, and low-range gears. In terms of towing, this hybrid SUV more than holds its own against the competition, with a towing capacity of 6,200 pounds. Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Interior Features The interior of the Grand Cherokee 4xe will look familiar to Jeep fans because it’s not all that different from the standard Grand Cherokee. Five passengers can relax comfortably across two rows of seating, which have standard leather upholstery. Both rows have plenty of space for adult passengers, including 41.3 inches of legroom up front and 38.2 inches in the rear. One major difference from the original Grand Cherokee is that the 4xe is designed with blue accents throughout the cabin. This is a signature of the 4xe label, which Jeep has already used on the Wrangler. You’ll also notice blue exterior accents, including decals and 4xe badges. Standard seating features include power adjustments in the front row, heated first- and second-row seats, and memory settings for the driver. You can upgrade to ventilated front seats, sunshades for the rear row, and a massaging function for the front seats. Behind the second row, you’ll have 37.7 cubic feet of storage space. That’s plenty of room to load up your gear to go camping or carry several suitcases for a family vacation. If you need to transport bulkier items, such as household furniture, you can fold down the rear row of seats to open up over 70 cubic feet of capacity behind the front row. Jeep Infotainment and Safety Tech The standard infotainment setup includes a main touch screen designed to make it easy to access features. There’s also a smaller display for the passenger seat, which allows your front-seat passenger to take care of things like finding a route on your navigation system or changing the radio channel, so you can stay focused on the road ahead. Other standard features include a Wi-Fi hotspot, smartphone compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and an option to save user preferences. A similarly wide range of safety features come standard. These include forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, and blind-spot monitoring. If you do a bit of off-roading, you’ll be glad about the hill start assist feature, as well as the optional off-roading camera. Other optional features include a surround-view parking camera and a trailer hitch camera so you’ll have an easier time hooking up a camper or boat at the rear. Grand Cherokee 4xe Trims If you’re shopping for the Grand Cherokee 4xe, you’ll have five trims to choose from: base, Trailhawk, Overland, Summit, and Reserve Summit. The MSRP for the 4xe starts at around $58,000 and tops out with the Reserve Summit at around $74,000 MSRP. The Trailhawk trim is a great choice if you do a lot of off-roading. It comes with all the trademark off-roading features you’d expect from a Jeep, such as skid plates and an off-roading suspension. In the Reserve Summit trim, you can get your hands on a unique honey-colored leather upholstery that makes the 4xe’s interior really stand out. Hopefully, you can now appreciate why there’s so much excitement surrounding the Grand Cherokee 4xe. Having succeeded in bringing out plug-in hybrid versions of two of its most popular SUVs, Jeep is reportedly preparing to roll out the 4xe badge on other models in the coming years. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on the latest news about Jeep’s transition to hybrid vehicles. If you have any questions about the Grand Cherokee 4xe or you’d like to inspect one for yourself, don’t hesitate to contact us. View our inventory of New Vehicles, or if you have any questions, give us a call at (539)-766-8990 today! What Does the Altitude Package Include? Among the most obvious things that set a Jeep with the Altitude Package apart from other vehicles are its dark accents and design features. The Altitude Package gives the 2022 Compass a black roof and gloss black exterior accents, such as grille rings and badges. Inside the cabin, black finishings are added to the instrument panel, and Piano Black accents add detail throughout. The Altitude Package also includes a bright dual-tip exhaust and 18-inch gloss black aluminum wheels to give the exterior a polished appearance. Finally, Jeeps with the Altitude Package have several standard driver safety features to make your job behind the wheel easier. These include forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, and blind spot monitoring. Four-wheel-drive vehicles with the Altitude Package include three driving modes designed to cope with various surfaces. The Selec-Terrain traction management system comes with auto, snow, and sand/mud modes. These modes adjust your Compass' performance to improve your handling of snowy, sandy, or muddy terrain. 2022 Jeep Compass Engine and Performance Jeep equips the Compass with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine that cranks out 180 horsepower. That's plenty of power to shift smoothly to highway speeds or take on a trail. If you stick to standard front-wheel drive, the engine is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. Four-wheel drive Compasses get a nine-speed automatic transmission. The choice between front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive doesn't have a huge impact on the Compass' fuel economy. Front-wheel-drive models achieve 31 mpg on the highway and 22 mpg on city roads, while four-wheel-drive Compasses manage 30 mpg and 21 mpg, respectively. The Compass is well-equipped to tackle trails, especially if you choose the Trailhawk trim. You can get hill descent control, low-range gears, an off-road suspension, and additional skid plates. 2022 Jeep Compass Interior In the cabin, the Compass has seating for up to five people. Both rows have ample legroom and headroom for adult passengers, and there are also two sets of LATCH connectors in the rear row if you need to install child seating. Cloth upholstery comes standard, but you can upgrade to a more luxurious leather interior if you opt for one of the higher trims. At the rear, you'll have over 27 cubic feet of storage behind the second row. This space is more than adequate to transport luggage for a trip out of town. If you need to haul larger items, you can fold down the second row of seats to open up over 59 cubic feet of cargo-carrying capacity. The Compass' infotainment system is called Uconnect. Its standard setup includes an 8.4-inch screen and six-speaker stereo. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto provide smartphone compatibility, while other standard connectivity options include Bluetooth and three USB ports. The voice recognition feature allows you to perform basic tasks with your infotainment system without taking your eyes off the road ahead. If you require more entertainment options, you can upgrade to a larger 10.1-inch screen and a premium nine-speaker stereo. Wireless device charging is also optional, so you can keep your devices running wherever you may be. 2022 Jeep Compass Safety Features Standard safety features in the Compass include lane keep assist and lane departure warning, both of which make highway driving easier. The forward collision warning system includes pedestrian detection, which warns you of people crossing your path up ahead. Adaptive cruise control is one of the optional safety features offered in the Compass. This automatically adjusts your highway speed to ensure you maintain a safe distance from other motorists. A range of parking assistance features is also available. For example, you can add front and rear parking sensors and a perpendicular parking assistant. Finally, the surround-view parking camera provides an aerial view of your Compass so you can detect possible threats or risks from all angles. 2022 Jeep Compass Trims You can choose from six trims if you're buying the 2022 Compass. The Latitude trim is the one to go for if you want to add the Altitude Package. The other five trims are Sport, Latitude Lux, Limited, Trailhawk, and High Altitude. The Latitude Lux trim is a good option if you like an upscale cabin. It comes with heated front seats, a power-adjustable seat for the driver, leather upholstery, and a larger infotainment screen. It also boasts remote start, and a leather-wrapped and heated steering wheel. The Limited trim is similarly luxurious but adds a few more safety features, such as adaptive cruise control and parking sensors. The range-topping High Altitude trim includes dark finishings and LED headlights. You can also add memory settings to the driver's seat and a power-adjustable passenger seat. We hope our rundown of what's available in the Altitude Package has helped you decide whether it's right for you. It's a great choice if you want a Jeep with dark accents and standout features, such as the dual-tipped exhaust. If you're looking for something more capable when the pavement ends, you may want to consider the Trailhawk trim to get your hands on a Compass more suited for off-roading adventures. If you have any further questions about the 2022 Compass or its Altitude Package, don't hesitate to contact us today. The Gladiator likely has all the power you need as long as you choose the most fitting version, so let's clear everything up: The Jeep Gladiator tows a minimum of 4,000 lbs. Adding the right tow package to the standard engine, the 2022 Gladiator's highest possible towing capacity is 7,650 lbs. The engine, axle ratio (affected by optional packages), transmission, and more will affect any truck's payload and tow ratings, including the Gladiator. The Gladiator Sport or Sport S with an automatic transmission can reach a 7,650-lb towing capacity, the highest for the 2022 model year, but you need to add the Max Trailer Tow Package. 2022 Gladiator Towing by Trim Level The 2022 Jeep Gladiator keeps its minimum available tow rating consistent at 4,000 lbs, going no lower. Some models are rated for 4,500, 6,500, and more, up to the highest possible rating of 7,650 lbs. It largely depends on whether you pick the standard Pentastar V-6 or the turbo-diesel. Let's break down the maximum capacity for towing by trim level and engine: The maximum towing capacity on the Sport and Sport S is 4,000 lbs in manual or 4,500 lbs in automatic. Automatic-transmission gasoline versions with the Max Trailer Tow Package get 7,650 lbs. If you're using the diesel engine, which is automatic only, you'll get 6,500 lbs of towing capacity. On the Rubicon, manual Pentastar Gladiator models get 4,500 lbs in manual or 7,000 lbs in automatic. The Diesel can tow up to 6,000 lbs. On the Overland, manual Pentastar Gladiators have a towing capacity of 4,000 lbs, while automatic versions have a capacity of 4,500 lbs. The Diesel Overland can tow up to 6,500 lbs. On the Pentastar-only Mojave, the manual version has a towing capacity of 4,500 lbs, while automatic models have 6,000 lbs. Finally, the High Altitude has a max towing capacity of 6,000 or 6,500 lbs, respectively, in manual or automatic mode. 2022 Gladiator Payload by Trim Level Payload capacity refers to the maximum amount of weight the truck bed can carry. The figure is important for heavier-duty carrying tasks and paired with towing. It's a common measurement of a truck's strength. Let's break down the 2022 Jeep Gladiator's payload capacities by trim and configuration: The maximum towing capacity on the Sport and Sport S is 1,200 lbs in manual or 1,175 lbs in automatic. Diesel models get 1,350 lbs, and automatic models with Max Trailer Tow can carry up to 1,600 lbs. On the Rubicon, the maximum payload rating is 1,300 lbs in manual and 1,200 lbs in automatic. Diesel Gladiator models get 1,075 lbs. The Overland is rated for 1,150 lbs of maximum payload in the manual, and the diesel version gets 1,275 lbs of capacity. The Gladiator Mojave has a 1,200-lb maximum payload capacity in all configurations. Lastly, the High Altitude has a max payload capacity of 1,025 or 1,175 lbs, respectively, in manual or automatic mode. Similar to how the Gladiator Sport or Sport S models with the Max Trailer Tow package had the highest potential tow ratings, those are also the best configurations for hauling goods. 2022 Jeep Gladiator Engines and Transmissions The starting engine with the Gladiator is a 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6, reaching 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. This setup can get a manual or automatic transmission and earns up to 17 city mpg and 22 highway mpg with some trims. The second available engine is a 3.6-liter EcoDiesel V-6, also called the turbo-diesel, which is automatic only and delivers 260 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque. Any trim level can come with this engine instead of the Pentastar, and it gets a strong diesel fuel economy of 22 city mpg and 28 highway mpg. In general, the automatic eight-speed transmission is necessary to hit the highest possible towing capacity numbers, another break from the common trend of manual diesel trucks having the highest ratings. However, the manual six-speed transmission is effective in all types of driving and saves you some money without lowering the towing capacity by much. What Is the Gladiator Max Trailer Tow Package? When upgrading a Gladiator's towing potential, the first choice should be the Trailer-Tow Package, which adds a Class IV receiver, a 240-amp alternator, heavy-duty engine cooling, and trailer-hitch zoom for the rearview camera. Without this package or an equivalent, the vehicle isn't prepared to tow anything. From there, to raise the towing potential, the Max Trailer Tow Package builds from everything in Trailer Tow by adding all-terrain tires, a Trac-Lok limited-slip differential, wider fender flares, and a 4.1:1 axle ratio. 2022 Gladiator Sport VS Sport S The Gladiator is a unique pickup that offers the highest potential tow ratings on its two starter trims, making it a legitimate choice for an affordable work truck. The Sport S and Sport trim levels both offer the Max Tow Package, which is required to get that 7,650-lb tow rating. The Sport S is very similar to the Sport, only swapping in aluminum, 17-inch Tech Silver wheels and adding a leather-wrapped steering wheel and upgraded suspension, body-color fender pieces, and automatic headlights. The Jeep Grand Cherokee is the most award-winning SUV of its size for providing all the towing capability and highway agility you'll ever need, among other awesome features. Now that you have a clear idea of how the trims and packages affect the powertrain and tow ratings, you're prepared to search for the trim and configuration that works the best for you. The Grand Wagoneer offers outstanding levels of comfort and equipment, along with two powerful engine options and full-time all-wheel drive. With four beautifully appointed models to choose from, you can tailor your car to your family's needs. Where the Luxury SUV Story Began The 1963 Jeep Wagoneer was arguably the first full-size luxury SUV and one that other automakers sought to emulate. With its large passenger and cargo-carrying capacity and available four-wheel drive, the original Grand Wagoneer, initially described as a station wagon, was later named a sport utility vehicle. The Wagoneer nameplate was last used on the 1993 Grand Wagoneer, which then made way for the Jeep Grand Cherokee lineup. Now, it has been reintroduced in its own right as Jeep's flagship model. Drivers from Broken Arrow, Fair Oaks, Coweta, and beyond can now explore the stunning features of the all-new 2022 Grand Wagoneer at Chris Nikel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT. Sophisticated Styling Offered in Series I, Series II, Obsidian, and Series III trim levels, the 2022 Grand Wagoneer has a bold and distinctive road presence. Its eye-catching front fascia, intricate grille design, elegantly styled rear end, two-tone paint, and its long, sleek profile give it a sophisticated air that will draw admiring looks wherever you go around Broken Arrow. As you approach the Grand Wagoneer, you'll be welcomed by animated front and rear lighting, along with door handle and mirror approach lights. A press on the key fob activates the power-deployable side steps for convenient entry and exit. Exterior Features On the Series I, you'll find stylish chrome accents, rain-sensitive wipers, LED headlamps, LED cornering fog lamps, 20-inch aluminum wheels, a roof rack, deep-tinted rear glass, and a hands-free power liftgate with puddle lamps. The automatic folding color-keyed mirrors feature a memory function, integrated turn signals and courtesy lights, and driver's side auto dimming. Series II models add 22-inch wheels, while the Obsidian trim features premium color-tinted glass, adjustable roof-rail crossbars, a black roof, and exclusive piano-black trim. Spacious and Comfortable Cabin Inside the Grand Wagoneer's luxurious and expansive cabin, you're enveloped by soft touch surfaces and expertly crafted upscale materials. Real wood and leather abound, and all but the Series I have a sumptuous suede headliner and suede-wrapped pillars. With the standard second-row captain's chairs, the Grand Wagoneer seats seven people in opulent comfort, or eight with the available 40/20/40 split-folding second-row bench. Even the third row offers ample space for adults, and power tilting and sliding second-row seats enable easy access and egress for rear passengers. As a driver, you can ensure the perfect driving position with the 24-way power driver's seat, power-adjustable pedals, and tilt and telescoping steering column. Cargo Capacity Multiple seating configurations enable you to make the most of the Grand Wagoneer's passenger and cargo capacity. Behind the 60/40-split rear seats, you have 27.4 cubic feet of cargo space. Folding down the second and third rows gives you a 94.2-cubic-foot cargo area. Interior Features A three-panel sunroof gives the Grand Wagoneer's interior a light and airy feel. The Series I offers nappa leather upholstery, driver's seat memory, heated, ventilated, and massaging front seats, heated second-row seats, and power-reclining second- and third-row seats. You also get a leather-bound heated steering wheel, an interior observation mirror, and one 115-volt and three 12-volt power outlets. The Series II adds Palermo leather seats and passenger seat memory. Obsidian models offer ventilated second-row seats, while the Series III has quilted Palermo leather upholstery. Standard quad-zone automatic climate control allows all passengers to set their ideal temperature. State-of-the-Art Technology With a standard 12-inch reconfigurable digital instrument display and head-up display, the driver can see essential vehicle information at a glance. The Uconnect 5 Nav infotainment system comes with a customizable 12-inch touch-screen display, navigation, a Wi-Fi hot spot, voice command, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay capability with simultaneous dual-phone connectivity. Series I and II models feature a 19-speaker McIntosh audio system. Obsidian and Series III trims add a front passenger interactive display and a premium 23-speaker McIntosh sound system. Multiple USB ports ensure everyone can keep their devices charged and connected. An available rear seat entertainment system features Amazon Fire TV and dual 10.1-inch displays that can work together or individually. An available rear seat monitoring camera allows front-seat passengers to see what's going on in the back. The Grand Wagoneer also comes with a full suite of standard and available driver assistance technologies. Refined Power The Grand Wagoneer comes standard with a smooth 6.4-liter V-8 engine that generates 471 horsepower and 455 lb-ft of torque. For even more horsepower and torque, you can opt for a 3.0-liter Hurricane twin-turbo engine that makes 510 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. Both engines are mated to a fully electronic, seamlessly shifting eight-speed automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels. With the turbo diesel, you get a maximum towing capacity of 9,750 pounds, while the V-8 can haul up to 9,850 pounds. Supreme Ride Quality On the Tulsa highways, the Grand Wagoneer's independent rear suspension and semi-active damping provide outstanding performance and handling. Additionally, the standard electronically controlled Quadra-Lift air suspension helps to soak up road imperfections with ease for an especially smooth ride and reduced body roll. It also allows the SUV to be raised or lowered by up to 3.6 inches. An acoustic windshield, laminated front and rear windows, and superb insulation ensure that the cabin is whisper quiet. Off-Road Capability When your Oklahoma adventures take you off the beaten path, the Grand Wagoneer's standard Quadra-Drive II four-wheel-drive system provides the SUV with Jeep's legendary off-road capabilities. It also features an electronic limited-slip rear differential, front axle disconnect, and an active two-speed transfer case. Hill ascent and descent control make light work of steeper inclines. The Grand Wagoneer can also ford up to 24 inches of water.
