No Games.
Dealerships get a bad reputation because of their staff and the culture created by the leadership team. Alfredo is a great salesman and Aaron is the best finance guy I've ever dealt with, period! I dreaded the whole process for weeks for nothing. Usually, I get so frustrated by having to tell the finance guy literally dozens off times that I don't want his 100% markup warranty and all of the other games that I want to jump across the table. Not the best deal I ever got on a new car, but the process was worth it. If your tired of the stereotypical xxxxxxx dealerships, go here. P.S. David Stanley and Southpoint are the absolute worst, I have no idea how they are still in business! Why get lied to repeatedly when you can go here.

Great Buying experience
This is the first time buying a vehicle that I didn't spend half the day, constant back and forth, kids hungry/tired/irritated and almost walk out. It whole process took under 3 hours. Kent Shelton did a really good job of taking care of me and my wife was able to fill out the credit app from home with the kids. Chris Nikel as a whole is a great dealership in my opinion. No nonsense, no extra fees and all around great staff that I dealt with directly. My wife was able to drop off a check, sign paperwork the next day in under 10 minutes. Even if it requires waiting, my family will buy exclusively from Chris Nikel from now on.

First time buying from Chris Nikel, happily surprised, got an outstanding deal on a no-frills used truck. Could not find a better deal on the market. Matt Clark worked with me to bring the car down as much as he could and I appreciate it, though I sensed annoyance that I asked, but I understand the pressure to get a happy sale and also consult with the boss about it, too. However, I feel we hit a solid middle ground on the final offer. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions while also giving an air of transparency towards how much he had to work with in lowering prices, and transparency, for me, is part of what keeps a customer. Brandon Fisher also gave me a good experience in the financial office. I easily handed him my debit card in exchange for an excellent condition truck.

First Vehicle purchase that I wasn't left satisfied
I bought a used ram 2500 and i love my truck. This is the third vehicle i have purchased from this dealership but the first time i havent been satisfied. The deal was fair and Matt worked hard to get the financing terms i wanted, but when i went to take possession, they only had 1 key. A bit disappointing but i didnt think much of it until i found only a dealer can program a new key. I later asked my salesman Matt and rather than help me directly, he just referred me to service. Service quoted me $350 for a single key! Outrageous to charge that much for a key that should have been provided with my truck. I've recommended them several times after previous purchases but no longer. Any dealer can sell a vehicle but taking care of a customer after the sale is what earns repeat business and referrals.

Relaxing
First of all I travel 100% for my job. I drove 3 1/2 hour into town to pick a truck up at a different dealership and was extremely disappointed that after a week of being told they had the truck I needed it was not there when i got into town. That being said i was already on edge and decided to take one more shot before i left. From the phone call to the Chris Nikel talking to Caitlynn, coming in and speaking with the sales manager and him listening to what I had going on before he even started to help me, and Matt the sales associate that worked with me on the new dodge truck all the way to Matt in your finance department. I was absolutely amazed on how professional and respectful the entire staff at this facility was. I have never felt so happy leaving a dealership. Everyone that has stopped me to tell me what a nice truck I have, I have told them all where I got it and contested to what an amazing dealership Chris Nikel was to buy from. Again, thank you guys so much!

We spent the day trying to buy a Jeep at another dealership which was a complete waste of time...stopped by Chris Niikel on the way home and drove away in a Jeep. The whole process took only a couple of hours. Austin was our sales person and went out of his way to facilitate us. Conner was finance and he was very helpful and fair.....we came back the following day and was helped out by Dan a sales person. Would not honor Sam's Club discount
I was looking for a RAM 1500. I used Sam's Club auto buying tool to attempt to find one. After that Chris Nikel contacted me. So, I went in and talked with them. They did not have the version in stock I was looking for so they searched. Took them 2 days to respond to that (seems overly long) Then they would not honor the Sam's club discount at all. In asking why, the Truck Sales Manager ended up yelling at me (via e-mail, all caps words...) Very very bad experience, and I would not recommend them at all.

Above and Beyond Customer Service
We purchased a used 2019 Dodge truck from Chris Nikel for my husband, paying cash, the staff was friendly and very accommodating during the purchase. The first day my husband drove the car the drivers side rear wheel came off on his way to work, very scary experience to say the least. Our salesman Tom Bellati provided us with his cell phone the night before and told us if we have any questions about the truck to call him any time. Needless to say, we called him the next morning when the wheel came off. Tom immediately made calls and took care of us. He arranged for a tow truck to pick up the truck and return it to Chris Nikel. Tom personally brought my husband another truck to drive before his lunch time started. During this time tom's manager, Jonathan Dill, was working with senior management at Chris Nickel to provide us with several options, first being our check back. This dealership did not try to sell us another vehicle, instead they just wanted us to be satisfied. However, we did not necessarily want our money back and I did not feel safe in the first truck any longer, no matter how much work their service department had done. Yes, it was just a fluke experience but it left a bad feeling in the pit of my soul. After explaining my fears, we were offered a new Dodge truck. The problem was my husband wanted a 6'5" bed with a full crew cab, which was not easy to find at any dealer or manufacturer in Tulsa. But Jonathan found 4 trucks in a 600 mile radius with a color my husband wanted and went to work trading one of his trucks with the other dealer in another state to provide us with a truck we would be happy with and feel safe driving. 2016 Ecodiesel Ram 1500 purchase from Ben
I have bought probably 25-30 vehicles through dealerships. This was by far the best buying experience yet. Ben was gracious enough to let me drive a number of vehicles before I was ready to make a decision. I had done a ton of research prior to purchase so I was knowledgeable about what I wanted. The only down side was I did not get as much for my trade as I would have liked but that was what it was. Process was easy and painless not high pressure. Deal making was reasonable. Finance process was painless and not asked to buy a lot of extras, Very logical process.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the car buying experience at Chris Nikel. All parties, Dustin, Jack and especially Mark were most helpful. Mark was the main contact and it became very apparent his knowledge and experience with the Ram truck were superior to any other dealerships reps I have seen. Mark has a great demeanor and his test drives were absolutely instrumental in our decision to purchase. He was very helpful in explaining figures and walking us through the entire process. All parties were courteous and tried to ensure that we understood each phase of the process.

I was impressed with the tenacity my salesman Will O kept searching for the exact Ram 2500 I requested even though a couple were sold before we could conclude the sale. I was given a good discount off the MSRP and a fair value for my trade in vehicle. They did a good job adding tinted windows, bed liner and cover, and bed step. The vehicle orientation was not rushed. I was also given a tour of the service and parts department. It was a very pleasant and professionally handled purchase.
