Absolutely wonderful dealership
They listened thoughtfully to my individual situation and needs. With out any pressure or feeling obligated they explained my options that fit best. Never trying to push me to spend more than I was comfortable with. I was in a position I could buy from any where, and they weren't my first stop, but it was my last. Every where else I went was completely exhausting. Here, was easy, fast and the place is ran with excellence. Cedric was amazing, going out of his way, even with the smallest details. Fish was so knowledgeable and helpful. Both were easy to talk to and not full of crap. Never telling me "just what I wanted to hear". And April is just the sweetest, kindest person I have ever met. Great experience!
I had purchased a vehicle that gave me problems from the beginning and wasn't very pleased with the service. I went back after a couple of weeks to change it, and I couldn't have found a better person to help me than Cedric. He was very friendly and attentive to my needs and helped me to choose the right car which I love. I really like that he actually took the time to explain the car features, unlike the first salesman. Great service and courteous employees
Under building construction, but Corey, service rep, displayed professionalism and deep concern for the customer. I am handicapped and he explained to me what the "engine light" on meant and that he would determine the faulty codes and fix the problem. I had bought the van from them a week ago. Picked up my van...everything fixed....Corey said, no charge. The used car people, finance office and CORY represented the company well

Hands Down, Great Experience! I was looking for a used van or SUV with reasonable mileage, and I couldn't have found a better place to shop. My salesman was Cedric. This guy knew EVERYTHING about every vehicle I looked at, and I went through the whole lot. I was blown away by the cleanliness & condition of their inventory! All the used cars had brand new tires & looked like new inside & out. Cedric knew the specs on every vehicle, demonstrated the equipment/features for us, took us on multiple test drives and really helped us find the perfect vehicle for our needs & budget. He never got annoyed with my many, many questions, and that's saying alot... I'm a very picky customer. He knew the vehicles inside & out and made comparison shopping easy. I really liked that he wasn't at all pushy, in a rush, or dismissive of my concerns. Alot of salespeople will just "BS" you or brush off your questions when they don't know what you're asking, but Cedric was the real deal. He was super smart on all the bluetooth, navigation & other advanced features. Once we decided on the right vehicle and got down to negotiating the deal, he went to bat for us and got us the very best price I could have hoped for. There were no doc fees, admin costs or other hidden expenses added to my order... the sale was straight-forward, easy to understand, & hassle-free. I couldn't be happier! Very honest and helpful
We knew the type of vehicle we wanted and did lots of research before we perchased one. Talk to several different dealers and even wasted my time going to one only to find out the price wasn’t what was listed. This seller was upfront about everything. The bottom dollar was reached before I drove 2 1/2 hours to get it and guess what it stayed the same. I appreciate this company doing what it said it was going to do. I fully recommend them. A pleasant surprise
Bought a Kia Sportage 6 months ago only to realize the more I drove it that I was not happy with this purchase. I put $4000 down on it too. When I went back to Ferguson they didn’t help me get into another vehicle. Just told me that after putting that money down that I was upside down. So when Ray contacted me again I wasn’t sure he could help me. But help me he did. He was very patient and just as great to work with as he had been before. Absolute pleasure working with him. He pointed me in the right direction and I am very happy.

I was fortunate enough to have been advised to see Ray Ortiz at Chris Nikel. I needed an SUV preferably a Nissan. Upon my arrival at the dealership Mr Ortiz met me out front and was ready to show me what they had available. He knew their stock. The first vehicle I had passed over as it was a year earlier then my trade but as it turned out it was the one I bought. Mr Ortiz was patient not pushy and as I added requirements I wanted on a car he did not get frustrsted but more dedicated to help me. I appreciate a sales person like Mr Ortiz. Just what we were looking for.
We enjoyed dealing with Chris Nikel CJDR. We found the vehicle we wanted online but since we live in Wichita, we hated to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to Broken Arrow, to find out there were blemishes or defects the pictures did not reveal. Caitlynn, was my initial contact and volunteered to video the interior and exterior for us which helped make our decision to buy. Ray was our salesman and was very helpful. This dealership is awesome and truly made our car buying experience quick and easy. Their overall inventory provided us with the exact vehicle we wanted and our salesman was informative, courteous and straightforward. No games, no pressure....just hardworking and honest. No pressure
We have been looking for a vehicle for months, just kept watching sales and we actually ended up switching vehicles we were looking at. With all the dealerships, I did a lot of online shopping they always had the best pricing. One thing I would caution others on is make sure you qualify for all the rebates that bring you to bottom pricing.

Great First Experience
I’ve had a number of friends and family who have purchased cars through this dealership, but this was my first time. The dealership was very helpful and got me a great deal on a pre-owned car. I was helped by Ray Ortiz. He was very helpful, friendly and courteous. With his help I located the car I wanted, and got a great deal in financing. After a test drive, I got the paperwork signed and was in my new car in less than an hour. When signing the paperwork, was even able to get some of the cost further reduced. Would recommend for anyone buying a new or pre-owned car.

Amazing experience
Ray Ortiz was the best ever and knew upon walking up to us exactly what we needed. We bought two brand new vehicles from him, a Pacifica and a Ram. Fast, easy, great price the first time
I was in the market for a specific Rubicon and I went to several dealers. All of them made me wait around, gave me outrageous prices for a build to order and generally made it hard. I went to Chris Nickels and they checked to make sure my specific vehicle didn't exist, when they couldn't find one they went and got a build price which was the same as what was on the lot (only with all my options) and 20 minutes later I was done. Ordered an ready to go. They were polite, helpful, patient and nothing like the other dealers. Hands down best buying experience I have ever had. In fact I spent less time at the dealer from start to finish after picking it up then I did at the first dealer who was "talking to his manager about building one for me" The price they gave me was exactly what I paid in the end. No fees, paperwork, BS or anything. Great dealer, great experience, I will absolutely go back! I love my new Rubicon!
