I just wanted to take a moment and tell you how completely impressed with your Sprinter service group and service advisory on my most latest repairs to my Mercedes-Freightliner Sprinter! We count on the dependability of this truck on a daily basis to carry out our most important work. In an economy like this one, we need a truck that starts, every time you hit the key, and I know after your latest troubleshooting to find the cracked fuse, shorting the engine power control unit, that our truck is going to run dependably for quite some time to come. Your group's product knowledge are beyond belief, and we were surprised how quick we got the truck back considering the problem was electrical in nature. I would recommend Chris Nikel as a reliable place to either buy or have a car or truck, or just have it serviced. I can see that from a management standpoint, that it takes your whole group working as a team to make things happen in a professional manner, and that's exactly what we got! "Drive for Kids"
Dear Mr. Chris Nikel,
Thank you so much for your help with the Drive for Kids event at Union School. The school is extremely happy and very grateful. We did 100 test drives and they raised $1000.00 for the band. Lisa Bullard and Tim Irwin did a fantastic job at the event. They were very professional, friendly and engaging with all the parents. They made it a fun, relaxed environment for the parents to "talk" cars. Great representatives to show the dealerships commitment to community involvement. Exactly what this program is designed for. I look forward to working with you all at the next event.

"Taking care of the little things."
On October 1 I contacted your service department about a tire for my car.I was transferred to a service Representative Named Carl who happened to be very knowledgeable and helped answer a question that I had contacted the Chrysler company about. The Chrysler company could not answer the question but Carl looked my question up called another expert and answered my question and within 15 minutes I had my answer! How cool is that! Thank You for hiring professionals that really care about your customers and take care of the little things that make us safer on the road. Morning star
