My daughter Andrea Eaton bought a Dart on Saturday. Her salesman was Landry Knight. We had shopped around and talked with many salesmen all over Tulsa and Muskogee. Landry was far above all other salesmen. He was attentive and listened to what Andrea wanted. He was friendly and knowledgeable beyond other salesmen. We actually had talked with him on the Saturday before but the used vehicle she wanted didn't qualify for a first time buyers loan. "Simple buying process"
Today is one week in our new Van and we are really enjoying it! I washed it for the first time today and made the kids vacuum and wipe down the interior. We are hoping they keep this one a little cleaner!
Again, Virginia and I want to thank you for making our car buying process so simple! The first night we came by Chris Nikel to look at vans it started to rain lightly and you continued to show us vehicles. You never once seemed annoyed or tried to push or pressure us. You reppeatly walked back to the office to get yet another set of keys. Virginia and I found another vehicle listed with about the same miles, a few more options and the same price. We didn't even go look at it! Virginia and I talked it over and agreed that we were so pleased with how you treated us that we came back and bought the van from you the next evening.

Just wanted to say thank you for everything. You have a great bunch of professional people working there. Matt was very helpful explaining all the details of the extended warranties and gap insurance. Klaus was amazing. He knew the Challenger inside and out and didn't rush to get through presenting all of the features of the car to my wife and I. It makes all the difference in the world when someone makes such a large purchase for all of the employees to be so helpful, courteous and professional. Klaus even helped me sync my phone. I intend to write a letter to the GM (or whomever you suggest) describing how completely satisfied we were with the whole transaction.
