On October 1 I contacted your service department about a tire for my car.I was transferred to a service Representative Named Carl who happened to be very knowledgeable and helped answer a question that I had contacted the Chrysler company about. The Chrysler company could not answer the question but Carl looked my question up called another expert and answered my question and within 15 minutes I had my answer! How cool is that!
